It's spring and we are all guilty of sleeping in our warm cozy beds even though it's the perfect time to get up and go for a morning walk. Morning walks are wonderful in spring time as the flowers are all blooming and the birds are chirping. The temperature is perfect too, not too cold but not too hot. So this spring get up and get fit by going for morning walks, they help you get the most of your day and refresh your senses at the same time.
